Coastal Overhead Door and Construction is a Pensacola company run by Duane Perry. Duane has worked on residential and commercial garage doors along the Gulf Coast for more than two decades, and customers mention him by name in review after review.

Common questions
How do I know if my garage door spring is broken?
Common signs are a loud bang from the garage, a door that feels very heavy or only lifts a few inches, an opener that strains or reverses, or a visible gap in the spring above the door. If you see any of these, stop using the door and call us. Don't try to lift it by hand or adjust the spring yourself.
Should I repair or replace my garage door?
Often a repair is all you need, even when a door looks bad. If panels are badly damaged, the door is very old, or you want better wind protection, a new door may make more sense. We'll look at it, explain your options and give you a free estimate on a new door.
Do you install hurricane-rated garage doors?
Yes. We can assess the door you have, tell you whether it can be upgraded, and install new doors that meet the Florida Building Code for wind load. We can also help you pick a door your insurance company will accept.
